Looking for one of these little toys found at Wal-Mart
(at least that's where I found it) in the mid-'90s. Very similar to My Little Pony toys in size & construction - it would be the sort of toy you'd find at a flea market or purchase in a mixed lot.
I can provide a photo, if anyone thinks they have a lead for me - I'm not a big toy collector, this is my attempt to replace something that was dear to my daughter.
