This cornerstone design feature removes weight from areas of the clubhead where it does not help performance, and moves it to areas where it does. Bowflex Power Pro-The Ultimate Workout! PowerPro
This is your Bowflex Power Pro with built in rowing feature and 210lbs of power rods. This unit was barely used in the beginning. It has gotten a little dusty, but other then that it looks great! Unit was stored indoors and only has the normal minor scuffs from being moved. I will throw in a copy of the assembly manual since it can no longer be downloaded directly from the Bowflex website. If I can find an extra workout manual then I will throw it in. Unit does comes with weight/rowing belt.
