was posted in cooperation with the manufacturer of the product listed below.

Hazard: The red plastic skis used on certain 2004 Firecat and Sabercat snowmobiles could crack or break as a result of off-season exposure to ultraviolet sunlight. Ski failure could lead to loss of control that could result in severe injury or death.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is charged with protecting the public from unreasonable risks of serious injury or death from more than 15,000 types of consumer products under the agency's urisdiction. Deaths, injuries and property damage from consumer product incidents cost the nation more than $700 billion annually. The CPSC is committed to otecting
